$30K Monthly Residual…GONE! :-(
My Mentor just had the most amazing conversation with a GREAT lady from … (I will NOT name the company name) and she built herself a phenomenal income with her company over the past 6 years…to the tune of $30,000 dollars per month of REAL Residual income.
She is a Brilliant Lady and was very disturbed as I was talking to her because of the information I was sharing regarding Company Policies and Procedures.
She admitted to me that she WISH SHE KNEW ABOUT THIS BEFORE. You are probably asking WHY?
Well, 2 months ago she was TERMINATED by her company for the following reason:
She was going through a Divorce and her company told her that her Divorce was not in Good Image for the company and POOFF! SHE WAS GONE…TERMINATED! WOW! You are probably asking yourself, as I did, WHAT DOES HER DIVORCE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HER ABILITY TO BUILD A BUSINESS??? It is a very Personal Matter.
The answer is Simple…she was making BIG money and her company’s Policies and Procedures had a Clause stating that “The Company in it’s Sole Discretion Can Terminate a Distributor at ANY TIME for ANY REASON with a 30 Days written Notice”
So Basically, the company could have terminated her if they didn’t like her new Hair Cut!!! This is NOT an UNCOMMON clause that Companies Use in their Policies and Procedures.
So the question you must ALL ask yourselves is: Did you read you Policies and Procedures? and if so can the Company STEAL your CHECK? Sometimes is really good to learn the skills.

There are Policies and Procedures out there which have over 120 pages, some in more than 1 document. And there are companies which have Policies and Procedures at 3 pages.

How To Sponsor A Red
They want to talk about the money, the money, the money.
Reds do well in a stair step breakaway compensation plan, because they think network marketing is a sales business. For them, it’s sell, sell, sell. In a stair step plan, they can put 5 people on their front line. If only one produces, they never go back and put somebody underneath them. They’re just looking for producers, somebody who will build, build, build.
The Red knows that once that first productive person in the first group of 5 hits $50,001 volume, they’ll then break away. And the Red’s override drops from 15% to 5%, because the other 10% goes to the person who built it.
